- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days after processing.
- Calculated Costs: All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: Standard shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders over $75.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery updates are out of our direct control.
- Missing Markings: If your tracking says "delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your building's front desk before contacting us.
- Uninsured Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
Address Corrections
- Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- Correction Window: Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our support email.
- Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the item.
