All sales of crystals, ritual tools, and metaphysical items are final. Due to the unique energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is complete.

Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care to package your sacred items securely. If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it.
- Time Limit: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.
- Proof Required: Provide a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
